and conditions. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions
please do not enter the Win A Site Contest. We reserve the right,

HOW TO ENTER:
This promotion begins
at 12:01 am. Pacific Time on the first of each month and ends
at midnight of the last day of each month ("Entry Period").
To enter this promotion: Fill out the internet entry form and
include your first name, last name, and e-mail address. Your
entry will automatically be placed into the pool of all entrants
for the promotion. Your entry must be received no later than
11:59 p.m. Pacific Time on the last day of each month to be
eligible for that month. Limited to one entry per unique e-mail
address during the entry period. Multiple entries from the same
unique e-mail address will be voided. Persons who do not have
access to the entry form on the internet may request entry by
sending their name, address and phone number to: Win A Site,

ENTRY PERIOD:
Start of each month
beginning December 1, 2002 through November 30, 2003.
Accepting entry's for December beginning November 16, 2002 -

CONDITIONS OF ENTRY:
No purchase is necessary.
By entering, entrants acknowledge compliance with these official
rules, including all eligibility requirements. All entries become
the property of Cyber Web Search. Neither Cyber Web Search ,
its affiliates, subsidiary divisions, advertising and promotion
agencies are responsible for incorrect or inaccurate transcription
of entry information, human error or for any technical malfunctions.
Entry materials that have been tampered with or altered are
void.

DETERMINATION OF WINNERS:
Prize-winners will be
determined in a random drawing from among all eligible entries
received during the Entry Period. Cyber Web Search will conduct
the drawing the first week of each month and will notify the winner
by e-mail ten days following the drawing date. By entry into this
promotion, winners consent to the use of their names, and/or other
identifying information for advertising purposes, including press
announcements, without additional compensation, except where prohibited
by law. Limit one prize per person. Odds of winning depend upon
the number of eligible entries received.
ELIGIBILITY:
This promotion is
open to all entrants who are 18 years of age or older at time
of entry. Not eligible to enter are employees and their immediate
families, including household members, of Cyber Web Search and/or
their affiliates, subsidiaries, divisions, advertising and promotion
agencies. This promotion is subject to all federal, state, and
local laws. Void where prohibited. Winners agree that the sponsors,
their affiliates and their agencies and employees shall not
be liable for injury, loss or damage of any kind resulting from
participating in this promotion or from the acceptance or use
of any prize awarded. Sponsors reserve the right to verify eligibility
qualifications of any winner. U.S. law governs this promotion.
